If you are an individual who is self-employed, between jobs or with no employer-sponsored coverage, you can browse rates and enroll directly with the carriers here during the nationwide open enrollment period.  If you missed open enrollment you may still enroll if you have had a qualifying event such as change in employment, change in dependents or change in marital status.
